DR. S. HARINARAYANA RAO

Over 20 years of experience in preclinical toxicology studies for drug development, including successfully establishing an OECD GLP facility. Forty-four years (1980-2024) of experience in laboratory animal breeding and experimentation, as well as the development of animal models of human diseases and efficacy testing. Extensive experience in preclinical testing of therapeutic proteins, mesenchymal stem cells, and vaccines. Successfully monitored over 300 regulatory toxicology studies for similar biologics, mesenchymal stem cells, small molecules, and medical devices in compliance with OECD GLP standards. Achieved OECD GLP certification for Laboratory Animal Research Services (LARS) at Reliance Life Sciences Pvt Ltd from both Netherlands and Indian agencies. Planned, commissioned, and certified High Security Biosafety Containment (BSL-3) labs. Successfully completed national and international GLP audits for the past 14 years. Organized internal training sessions for GLP compliance in the laboratory
